The (other) Best Man (Mwahaha!):
Daniel Altimus is Tim's older brother and the Ministry Coordinator of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Mt Wolf, PA. Tim was the best man at Dan's wedding. His best man speech was basically a roast, so we look forward to the return favor. Groomsmen:
Gary Altimus is Tim's father. Gary is an Electronic Technician for General Electric in North East, PA. Both he and Cindy live in the second house Gary built by hand. Gary is already looking forward to the wedding cake.
Darryl Faint is Tim's friend from the University of Pittsburgh. While Darryl was seeking his undergrad degree in Computer Science, Tim was seeking his Masters in Wireless communication. They met while working for computer services. Darryl lives just north of Pittsburgh with his girlfriend Julie Tulba. He works as a developer for McKesson.

Pastor Eric George is Tim's Uncle. Eric is currently Pastor at the Mulberry Wesleyan Church in Milford, OH. Eric also married Dan and Angie. We are excited to have a family member officiating the ceremony. |

Parents:
Dallas Pipes is Brittany's mother and has served as a wonderful inspiration all these years. Dallas is a powerhouse and has been a champion at every sport she has attempted. From tennis to now golf the papers have celebrated her accomplishments. She is an interior designer with a thriving business. Many of her clients have appreciated her talents so much they bring her in at the design level to work with the architects and contractors.
Greg Pipes is Brittany's father who has also been her personal superhero. Greg served as an Assistant District Attourney for the office of Tarrent County. He was a chief prosecutor of capital murder trials until he retired. He now works in the same office handling expunsions. Greg earned his way through his doctorate in economics and law playing professional football for the Edminton Eskimos in Alberta Canada. Brittany has collected his football cards from that time and has them on display in her superhero shrine. |
The Maiden of Honor:
Angela Altimus is Tim's sister-in-law and soon to be mine. She has been a friend of the brothers from their teenage years. She previously worked as an OB nurse and is currently a nurse for Early Intervention. This turbo-mom is enthusiastic and accident-prone; I look forward to being her sister-in-law.
Bridesmaids:
Jia Yin is a fellow classmate in the MISM program at Carnegie Mellon Univeristy and comes from Shanghai, China. Jia and Brittany became friends in the first semester and have grown close from the community through mutual suffering. As a group we enthusiastically cook and study together. We are looking forward to this event!
Mary Ward is Brittany's Texas cousin. She was born and raised in Austin and is currently a student at the University of Texas. Her chosen field of study is in the Pre-Med track and includes high level chemistry and biology. I don't envy her homework, but am proud she is finding her path.
The Ring Boy and the Flower Girl:
Luke Altimus is the first son of Dan and Angie. He is a beautiful curly haired boy who is following in Tim's footsteps learning the piano.
Abby Piazza is the second daughter of Dan and Holly Piazza. Dan is Angie's brother. Tim was also Dan Piazza's best man in his wedding. We are lucky to get a ringer, as Abby has been a flower girl before.
Parents:
Cindy Altimus is Tim's mother. She works as a librarian in the North East library. Cindy is an avid scrapbooker and got Brittany into the craft. Although Cindy can often be found in a turtleneck and a sweater until it reaches 80 degrees, she is an enthusiastic camper. We look forward to every adventure together! Cindy is very kind and generous and has welcomed Brittany as part of the family from their first meeting.
