The wedding will be held at Peek 'N Peak Resort and Spa in Findley Lake, NY on September 12, 2009. We hope to have an outdoor ceremony on the deck of the Retreat and the reception inside the Retreat.

We have chosen Tim's Tux and that of the groomsmen and ring bearer, from Tuxedo Junction.

We have decided on some non-traditional (but beautiful and emotional) music for the ceremony. We won't tell you what it is since we want to keep you curious, but we think you'll like it!

Brittany has also decided on who will do our wedding cake. Wanda Claudio, an acquaintance of Angie's (see the wedding party page). She did Angie's cake and I remember it being delicious. Angie also recommended highly, letting us know that many people commented on the flavor after the reception. It looks like there will be several layers to the cake, each layer a different kind (Red Velvet, Carrot, Fruit of some sort).

We have also chosen the DJ, John Gallagher who I feel confident will provide an enjoyable and worry free night for Britt and I. John has been very quick to respond to any communications I sent his way.

We have chosen the photographer, Andrea Schwab of Prints Charming. We met Andrea at the Erie Bridal Expo and Brittany was immediately interested in using her for this critical piece. She seemed like an excellent person to work with and we look forward to the results! She is providing two photographers and will also produce a slide show of the wedding and other photos during the reception. We are very excited!

Based on the recommendation from our photographer, we will be using J Michael Films as the videographer.

We finalized the florist over the New Year Holiday. We decided on Foster Rose of Sharon. The flowers will be gorgeous and will carry our theme colors which are Tim & Brittany's favorites in autumn tones.

We also began working with some artists in designing our very custom program for the wedding. We're keeping a lid on what we're doing with the program, but having seen some preliminary artwork at this point, I can tell you that it will be fantastic and Britt & I are super excited to get them printed and hand them out to you on our wedding day!

At this point, we have most of our plans and are working on the details. We will keep you posted as we go along so check back soon!

RSVP Information:

In order to give our caterer an accurate count for dinner, please indicate the number of each entree you would like on your RSVP card; one for each person in your party.

We also need to know the number of children in the following age ranges: 5 to 11 years, and 4 and under. Please also indicate this on your RSVP card.

The Entree options
are as follows:

Chicken Gruyere
Boneless breast, stuffed with:
Broccoli, red pepper pesto and aged Swiss gruyere
Wrapped in puff pastry & finished w/ a light cream sauce

Stuffed Boston Scrod
Filled w/ a special blend of crabmeat, spice and cream

Braised Angus Beef
Special cuts of Angus slowly simmered in natural juices
Topped w/ julienne carrots, celery and onions
Served in a rich brown sauce

Tuscan Gnocchi (vegetarian option) - potato gnocchi sauteed with garlic, roma tomatoes, mediterranean olives, fresh basil and Asiago cheese.

Chicken Fingers - Childrens' option (Ages 5-11)
Please let us know if your child needs a high chair or a booster seat.

All entrees includes a salad, vegetable, starch & bread.
